John Penny, CEO & Co-Founder of WELA, has a proven track record of successful business as an entrepreneur and has been in network marketing for 8 years now. He has been in ownership of 7 privately held companies with one, HST Global, Inc., going public in 2008.

Prior to founding WELA, Penny was awarded as a Top 5 Income Earner at VEMMA Nutrition Company. His experience at VEMMA led to starting WELA to benefit others in growing their own wealth and keeping in good health. WELA’s guiding values include dignity, service, excellence, and stewardship. The Men’s Fraternity provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God.

Welcome to our first WELA newsletter! First, I would like to thank you for your efforts in growing the WELA business. I'm often asked what I did to succeed in a network marketing business.

First, I needed to find the right people for our company and it appears that I've certainly done that. We have a dedicated and enthusiastic WELA family in place now and continue to grow our membership at an unbelievable rate!

I started in network marketing more than 8 years ago, and I'm pretty sure I was looking for the same things that most of you are looking for -- a combination of great people and great products! Since starting WELA, I've found both!

Second, I understand that strong faith positively effects my thoughts and actions to create a cycle of success not only in business but in my personal life as well.

Keeping those priorities at the forefront of my thoughts and plans has helped me to create a team of exceptional individuals who have come together to exponentially grow the WELA business. The recent changes in our company -- the opening of a new support center, a new corporate Web site, and improved product lines -- are just the initial benefits of our growth explosion. Tips for your own success

With the rapid growth explosion happening at WELA, we felt the need to provide direct support for our members. WELA has opened a call center which handles support by phone, email, and even live chat.
Our customer service began with answering just a few calls and emails a day and has expanded into hundreds of phone calls and emails per day!

Dawn Freed, Customer Service Manager, emphasizes the importance of listening to tour taker and member questions. In doing this, we will provide the best personalized information based on each tour taker's or member's level of experience and investment capacity.


Dawn explains, "It's critical to provide each member with the appropriate
information to help build and promote their WELA business. We are looking
for each member to build and maintain a long-term relationship with WELA;
when this is achieved, everyone in the WELA family will profit!" 


Our staff at the new call center will provide support through phone, email, and live chat to help provide more customized information based on each member's needs.
